07. Damages
7.1 It is expected that all Garments are returned in the condition that they were received by DBJ.

If the condition of The Garment is not satisfactory or any damages are noticed, The Borrower has 4 hours from the time of pick up to notify DBJ of said damages with photographic evidence. If DBJ deems The Garment to be unwearable then The Borrower is eligible for an exchange (where possible) or a full refund. The definition of Minor vs Major is at the discretion of DBJ.
If DBJ is not notified within 4 hours from the time of pick up or delivery of any damages then it will be assumed that The Borrower is satisfied with the condition of The Garment.
