Postal delivery info
Posted hires are sent via Australia Post Express to ensure prompt delivery. We never use regular post.
We aim to have parcels delivered by Thursday, but will send them earlier where possible. Sometimes a parcel will arrive on the Friday.
If you provided an email address with your booking you will receive tracking notifications in your email inbox. Check your junk or spam folders if you can't find anything.
Opening your parcel
Please open your parcel carefully. We recommend cutting the top with scissors, ensuring the dress is safely at the bottom.
Single-use plastic sucks, so we re-use ALL of our post satchels. If you're posting your hire back to us, you will need to re-use the same satchel so don't tear it apart when you open it up.
A note on Australia post
Please note that we do not have any affiliation with or control over the services provided by Australia Post. We are just as much at the mercy of their services as you are.
We strive to post at the earliest possible opportunity to avoid worrying about late delivery. In the event that Australia Post is unable to deliver a parcel on time we can provide you with a store credit for the hire fee. This will not be offered if you live rurally and did not tell us.
We take no responsibility for non-delivery due to the incorrect address being provided.
