Being held on a Tuesday, Melbourne Cup requires alternative pick up and return arrangements - of course our usual system with pick up on Thursday the week of the event doesn't work if the event is held on a Tuesday...

To book, click and book for the weekend Saturday 30/10/21. If the item is already unavailable for the weekend of the 30th, it means it is not available for Race Day.
Please make sure to write "For Melbourne Cup" in the booking note at checkout.
Items can be collected from Thursday Oct 28th with our regular weekend hires.
Pick ups
Returns
Cup Day rentals are due back by 8pm Wednesday November 3. This is a very strict deadline to allow us to get items ready to go for the weekend.
Your confirmation email will include the regular return information (due back by Monday 8pm). This of course doesn't apply to you - your item will be due back by Wednesday 8pm.
late fees will apply
Late fees are $10 per day, however if your late return means we have to cancel the subsequent borrower's hire, you will be charged the full hire fee again.
Whilst we understand there may be some sore heads on the Wednesday, a hangover won't cut it as an excuse for late returns. You have until 8pm to have it back in the drop box.
