Local RETUrn info
All returns are due back by 8pm the Monday following your hire.
You can come any time you like on Sunday or Monday. We do not need to know when you are coming.
Late fees of $10 per day will apply for any overdue returns.
Please plan your return carefully to avoid late fees. Keep in mind we often have tight turnarounds for dress hires - a late return may mean someone else misses out.
Please return your hire unwashed and inside the bag or garment cover you received it in. If you had it posted to you, we do not need the post satchel.
Our drop box is located on our front verandah. Let yourself in through one of the front gates and go up the steps to the front door. The drop box is on your left. Lift the lid, place the garment & bag inside and close the lid afterwards.
The address & parking
We run our business from home and live in a quiet residential area. We therefore need to be very careful to respect our neighbours.
The high volume of client traffic through the street has led to noise complaints from neighbours. If a further complaint is made, we will be forced to close. This would be devastating.
To avoid this, we do not have any onsite parking. ALL parking must be at the public carpark at Sunset Heritage Precint, a short 300m walk down the road.

Please, please respect us by parking at the specified location.
If poor weather is forecast, just plan ahead and bring an umbrella or raincoat. If it is particularly terrible we will post alternate parking info on the DBJ Instagram stories, so keep an eye on there.
Please contact us in advance if you are unable to make the walk and we will make alternative arrangements for you. Please don’t leave it to the last minute as we are not always able to reply to messages instantly.
